Melville Castle in Edinburgh, Scotland is such a lush, amazing wedding venue with its incredible natural beauty and the ancient castle. The history of the castle goes all the way back to 1155. Queen Mary Stuart even has ties to this illustrious venue in the mid 1500s. On the site, there are still 6 trees that she planted on the property.

As a wedding venue and hotel, the property boasts gorgeous rooms, incredible service and catering to the guests and the close proximity to the city proper allows for many activities. When we were shooting this wedding, there was no limit to what we were offered in both access to the property and rooms as well as the staff bending over backwards to make sure we were well-taken care of.
